Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan are to begin a joint project to build electric substations and transmission facilities, announced Kyrgyz deputy minister of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources Akylbek Tyumenbaev in a statement to lawmakers.
